Returns: VE Shoe accepts returns within 21 days of the order date, provided that the shoes are returned in their original, unworn condition with no damage. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@outdoorswimmershop.com
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the item, except where a wrong item or a defective item has been sent
For your peace of mind, we recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping your receipt, as VE Shoe will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered items
